I just wanted to drop a quick note, my wife, son, and I all came in to your store on the 2nd to pick up a "few" things for my bike and a gentlemen named Jordan helped me out. I'm in sales/ customer service my self so im kind of a hard one to please but Jordan knocked this one out of the park! He was more than happy to help me even while I was distracted by my son running a muck he didnt skip a beat! So someone needs to give him a pat on the back because his product knowledge and service is excellent.

I just want to say "Thanks" for a job well done and putting the customer first. I purchased an Easton MTB bar from you and the order arrived so quicly I thought I'd paid for 2nd day service, but I choose standard delivery. I loved the bars so much, I decided to buy 2 more. Once again, you priced matched (as you did for the first bar) and shipped the bars ASAP. You're a credit to online suppliers and bike retailers everwhere! Thanks again,

You guys are awesome. Every order I've placed has come correctly, quickly, and easily. When I strayed from Universal to order some items that you couldn't price match, both orders were slow, incorrect, and a hassle to get a resolution. I wanted to take a minute to say what a wonderful establishment you have and a great location. I have been coming into your store way back when it was "just" one store over on the N.W. part of town. You have come a long way since then. With all the bicycle shop choices in Portland you have created a bright, clean, spacious place where people feel comfortable trying to find what they need. Your staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and treats even an entry level cyclist with kindness when they get hammered with simple common sense questions. They know the products you sell well. Wow, you guys are pretty awesome. Thanks for combining my two orders and refunding the shipping cost of my second order. It was a small $ saving...but seemed a waste of packaging / shipping to send two packages. Firmly established yourselves as my favorite web store.

Just wanted to tell you that new $2.99 shipping on single items by regular mail is great. While I would hesitate to buy a $10 item if the shipping is UPS and pricy, the $2.99 is the same as a subway ride for me.

You guys were very helpful in letting me know what time I could expect my package (I was on a time crunch). Flex ship is a little confusing, but ended up getting me my package ASAP.
