Just wanted to tell you that new $2.99 shipping on single items by regular mail is great. While I would hesitate to buy a $10 item if the shipping is UPS and pricy, the $2.99 is the same as a subway ride for me.

You guys were very helpful in letting me know what time I could expect my package (I was on a time crunch). Flex ship is a little confusing, but ended up getting me my package ASAP. Just wanted to drop you an email to thank you for the exceptional service. I ordered tyres on Monday afternoon and used your great value flex ship feature to have them delivered from New Mexico to Austin, and they arrived today less than 48 hours later. As I am on a cross country tour I will only be in Austin until Christmas so it was imperative they arrive in time. For them to arrive so quickly was a very welcome surprise and much appreciated. I believe UC has great customer service. I’ve spoken directly with Mark on 4 separate occasions, and he’s been most helpful. It’s nice to know I have another online option for great prices, selections and service. I’ll be back.
