Received my order recently and I just wanted say thanks for the great job on my custom wheels. I've never been disappointed with my past orders and this one was no exception. Every detail was perfect with wheelset. All selected colors where on point and the wheels were absolutely true.

I received the wheelset I ordered, and I want to say thanks to the builder. I am happy with the first wheelset I ordered from you a while back, and this one is even nicer (better components). I'll recomend universal cycles to anyone looking to have a wheel made.

Just wanted to give you guys a shout out for the terrific job you've done on the various wheels you've built for me. My latest "Surly Large Marge" arrived just days after ordering - a full week faster (not to mention $100.00 cheaper) than the local bike shop that did the back wheel previously. Thanks again. Hi Guys,
Just wanted to thank you for the speedy delivery on my new Shimano bike shoes. I ordered the shoes on Wednesday and they've already arrived! REI wanted me to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery; you guys took 2 days :0)
I also wanted to thank you for carrying road bike shoes in extended sizes. Most stores around me don't carry anything larger than a 48, so I'm glad to see you guys carry sizes 51 and 52.

I just wanted to say your website is slowly, but surely, becoming better and better all the time.
Nice work. I remember using your site a few years ago when it was pretty barebones. Now it's very nice and provides a lot of good information--the new warehouse location selector is awesome.
