Yeti Hardcore Lock-On Grips

I bought these when I first started riding. Looked cool and comfortable

Pros: They are lock on grips

Cons: To squishy.. not a good feel for a bike grip. I like a harder grip. This allows your hands to slip around a little. These weren't for me.

Yeti Hardcore Lock-On Grips

Lock-On grips in general are great; easy to replace the wear item (the grip itself) without compressed air/knife/swearing, etc.

The ODI Yeti Hardcore Lock-On Grips themselves grip well, are tolerable without gloves and are soft and sticky. Even so, they seem not to wear out fast.


Pros: Lock-On style
Soft and sticky

Cons: Not for large hands
expense and investment in Lock-On style versus cheaper grips
The metal end cap/set screw is sometimes distracting to the hand if you grip at the ends of the bar

Got this for my wife who has small hands but wanted some padding.

Pros: Allows for moderate padding without becoming to large.

Cons: Not the most comfortable grip ever made. I prefer more padding than what this grip has.

not for me, not enough padding and the yeti logo design isn't the most comfy thing on the hands. I like fatter grips

Great grips, clamp screws suspect

Next to Oury, these are my favorite grips. They fit my hand nicely and do not seem to wear prematurely. They are also super easy to install and remove. No more hairspray! My one issue with these is the small allen bolt that is used in the clamp. Do not over tighten or you could strip the head on this bolt. If I were ODI, I think I'd change these to a torx head bolt instead.

Pros: Nice fit, durable, easy to install/remove

Cons: Fragile allen head bolt

Yeti Lock-On Grips

Great quality ODI lock rings and Yeti grips. The grips are soft and very sticky. They last a long time. The only grips I put on any of my bikes.

Pros: Lock-On grips. Come in colors. ODI quality lock rings.

Cons: None

Nice grip not too hard and right size- diameter

I have these on all my bikes and they are easily the best grips I've ever used. They install with absolutely no trouble and once they're locked in place, they will never move again unless you decide to adjust them. They're soft enough to be comfortable for an entire day out on the trails, sticky enough to inspire complete confidence when you're in the air, and tough enough to take anything you can throw at them season after season.

Tribe Swag

As a life long member of the Tribe, I have to have these grips on my bike. They hold up great and give support for the greatest brand ever. ODI makes a great prodct and the bling factor for the clams is nice.

Pros: Great grip and good longevity

Cool Grips pay homage to a legend

Yeti cycles has always captured my imagination. These Grips work well in any conditions and the ODI lock on feature is awesome. I recommend that you place the oval logo under your palm/ area of greatest contact it helps to smooth out the feeling of the texture.

Pros: grippy
Cool logo

Cons: maybe a bit too textured they can be uncomfortable without gloves

These are my favorite grips ever. Super easy to swap out. Strong and sticky. No blisters though.

Pros: Could not be easier to change I love them. Soft then firmer rubber compound. They never move at all. inspiring confidence.

Cons: Nothing at all super product!
