As a person who likes to ride in the rain, these are must have to keep the rain from spraying your bum. I have two set of these one for a Fat Tire bike that are quiet a bit larger and one for mtb. They go on and off easily and can be swapped out from bike to bike. I attended to put them on my road bike when it rains.
Pros: light, easy to swap on and off.
Cons: none
