Great street traction, does ok on groomed dirt

These are the only tires i run on the pavement - the traction/life ratio is exceptional and they are very strong against merciless urban freeride.
As far as the dirt goes: if you don't have burms to get you into features, i'd pick a more aggressive tread; these are a bit slippery.

Pros: Good tread life
Great traction
80psi rating
Steel bead
Price

Cons: Dirt traction isn't very high

Great deal

I got this tire to use on the front of a dirt jumper. It works great on wooden jumps/features like at The Lumberyard. Works well on dirt pump tracks too. A good all purpose tire.

Pros: good multi purpose tire
price
durable

Good street tire

I have these on a commuter bike and they perform well in both wet and dry conditions. No sliding on slick sidewalks or roads with very good cornering performance. I have ridden these on dirt paths as well and they perform well.

You can't really beat the original. I've been running K-Rads for quite a while. They feel almost as smooth and fast as hookworms on street but I can also go hit the jumps or go trail riding. Not the best trail riding tires but they get by no problem with a bit less air.

Pros: Sticky and smooth on street/parks and cuts nice in dirt, not easily punctured and get good mileage.

Cons: None except when I got my 2.5" I thought I would get the typical 80psi but it is only 65psi.

Street/DJ

Perfect for street/DJ riding conditions. It works well in wet conditions, good surface and smooth compound, it will provide you a nice traction on many surfaces. I suggest 2.3" size for DJ, they will work very good. 2.1" are great for street riding. Are cheap and light in comparission with other brands.

Pros: Cheap, light and good compound.

I purchased the kevlar version of these to replace my stock tires and have not looked back since. These are really nice for all-around, general purpose riding. Whether that means miles on asphalt, hard-pack, gravel or rocky single-track; these can do it all. Fill 'em up to max PSI and take spin out on some asphalt or deflate them a bit and tear up some trails. What ever your needs are these will fulfil them.

Pros: High PSI Rating
Low Rolling Resistance
Ample Grip
Light Weight
High Puncture Resistance

Cons: None

3 out of my 4 bike are K RAD

some think this is a BMX tire, but I bought the 2.3 and 2.5 for my mountain bikes. I am soon ordering the 1.95 for my xc bike. Why? Because they grip on hard pack and roll easily on asphalt. Its a win win situation. The easy roll on dirt helps you climb faster and the traction on the way down is good too.

Pros: easy rolling and grips both street and dirt

Cons: the wire bead weighs as much as a full on knobby tire

Ridden to the thread

I rode these to the ground, couldn't get enough of them. Going from nobbies to these is like slipping on ice. Fast rolling, yet still grabs metal, rocks, etc.

Pros: Grippy, durable, low pressure OK for trials use.

Cons: I wish the 2.5's fit on my frame!

Simple performance

Got these for commuting since I wanted something I can use on the dirt also. They work great for the road since the knobs are too raised and fine on dirt if you're into dirt jumping or smooth fire road riding without too much of an inline. Basically a great versatile putz around kind of tire.

Pros: Great for everyday smooth terrain.
