These have been in my mountain bike tires for about 200+ miles. They met their demise in Echo. Darn those thorn vines!

Pros: Thry are there when you need them.

Cons: They're not tubeless.

Qtubes

Always available at my local shop and have used these for all sizes

Pros: No noticeable flaws with Qtubes thus far for all my bikes. Great pricing

Great addition to my saddle bag for race day. These work very well, and are decently light. Don't worry about the off-brand you will find they are printed with a well known brand inside.
Replaceable valve core!

Removable Valve Core!!!

It's hard to get a tube with RVC at this price. Love Qtubes and they've been working great. Not the lightest around but fair price.

These are tubes that fit between your tire and your rim. When used properly they inflate your tire to the desired pressure. Some times these tubes can become punctured resulting in a flat. If that happens you may want to hang yourself from a tree branch with the tube. This may be the only way salvage the day.

Great tubes to buy in bulk! Every time I order from Universalcycles, I try to order at least 2-3 of these tubes. They aren't fancy lightweight tubes, but for the price they are better than a cheapo walmart tube.

reasonable quality for non-critical applications

These work fine for commuting and recreational applications but there are better tubes for the discerning rider. Every once in a while I get one with a pin hole or leaky valve.

Pros: Cheap (at this price I'll accept the occasional dud)

Why spend more?

these tubes are great. I've tried the fancy tubes, but they really are not worth the extra cost. These are cheap enough I don't feel bad about tossing one to some chap on the trail trying to set a patch.

Pros: Inexpensive solid basic tube. Come in whatever size you want.

Cons: Not the lightest ... if that's an issue.

Good Tubes

I like these tubes fine. They hold up well, are not too heavy, or too expensive. The removable valve core makes it easy to go ghetto tubeless or to fill the tubes with sealant.

Pros: perfectly fine tubes.

When installed in a tire, this tube will hold air. Don't bother with this if you run tubeless.

The Q tubes are way cheaper then the designer brands and that works for me!

Pros: Inexpensive, holds air just like more expensive brands.

Removable core = ghetto rim strip

The removable valve core on these tubes mean I can use them in my daughters bike, or split the tube and make a ghetto rim strip for the cx bike to run tubeless.

I bought a set of the 26" x 1.9-2.125" Schrader valve tubes to run on my downhill race bike in 2.5 Continental Der kaisers. The tubes are moderately lightweight (there are lighter tubes out there, but at 3x the cost) and have survived a few instances where I dented the rim (mavic 721) without flatting.

Haven't had many issues with these tubes loosing air like some others. They will still loose air after a month or so, but will keep pretty good pressure for a week/week and a half.
