I commute everyday, like 5k appx a year.
Conti has superlight, race light & race tubes.
The race is sturdy & light (95g).
Superlight puncture itself after several months with no penetration, it's just for competition.
Race light is in-between. If U use 90psi+ it's not sturdy enough for long use, but for more then half a year it should hold.

No complaints. I spent the money on brand name tubes, worth it in my opinion. Too many broken valve stems, easy punctures, seam rips with the cheapo ones.
