Perfect for me

Bought these pedals to replace the cheap road pedals I had. Wow. I wish I bought these as my first pedals. This is my fourth set of clipless pedals, the first being a Forte road, the second some Eggbeater 1, the third Time ATAC (which broke) and after they broke, I switched back to the Forte. I was hesitant about buying mountain pedals again, because they have a much smaller platform, cleat, and I assumed they'd have way too much float. I was wrong. I feel secure even out of the saddle and can tell almost no difference in platform contact between these and my 3-bolt Forte pedals.

big bang for the buck

I have 4 bikes, and no car. the road bike has a pair of keo's. The other bikes, have M520's
I ride everywhere, these are my pedal of choice. Shimano has this design totally nailed. I've been consistently on the bicycle since at least '93, when shimano came out with SPD's it was a big deal. That design still holds true today!

why change a good thing? these pedals provide a solid foundation to anyones bicycle lifestyle.

at this pricepoint, these pedals are the go go go, go ride everywhere pedal.

Pros: durable, reliable, consistent, economical
