nice little axle tensioner
Love 'em. They are compact and look like they belong on my frame. The two-piece design hides the screw head in the little block and makes for a really clean look without sacrificing function. But with knurled axle nuts, I would prefer stainless steel, or you could just use some washers. Also with disc brakes, my left side backed off a little, the screw loosened, fell out and I lost the little block. No big deal, should have used locktite. Either way these things are still pretty sweet. They came as a pair, center the wheel just right, fit well into slots, and will allow you to slam your wheel all the way (but you might need longer screws).
