looks great

These will work with the newer 11 speed shifters from SRAM. However they will only work with the FORMULA brakes. The upside is FORMULA brakes work better than any other brake on the market.

If you are at all performance oriented, I just got back from a test ride of a FORMULA The One brake set. Aside from going into a diatribe about motorcycles and what slowing down is really about, these brakes have at least twice the braking power of my XT's with the same size rotor.

Pros: The best brake set on the market and SRAM friendly.
