Being vintage bicycle buffs, Wilde Bicycle had been lamenting the lack of high end options for 1" threaded headsets that allow for cable hangers and a spacer stack. So they partnered with Cane Creek to make an exclusive version of their 110 headset in a 1" threaded configuration

NOTE: The spacer with the grub screw should be nested into the top cup of the headset in the recessed area. The grub screw spacer takes the place of a traditional keyed spacer and is intended to fit in the keyway. The grub screw should not be tightened against the steerer, it should fit loosely into the keyway but not rotate. If your steerer does not have a keyway, you can remove the grub screw and use the spacer without it
