The Pure Contact tire was created for urban riders who want confidence to commute, shop, and explore. A cutting-edge combination of Vectran and PolyX breaker technologies take protection to a whole new level, alongside more sustainable manufacturing using responsibly sourced rubber and more natural materials

Built tough, to ride smooth
Graphite Reflex Stripe for improved safety with side-on visibility in low light conditions
Improved sustainability - employs recycled and renewable materials and sustainable manufacturing techniques
Vectran Breaker is spun from liquid crystal-polymer to create a multiple-thread thermoplastic yarn. This partially crystalline fabric is more cut-resistant than aramid and its tensile strength is five times higher than that of steel. A Vectran Breaker is lighter, more flexible and effective against cuts than a comparable nylon breaker, without affecting rolling resistance
PolyX Breaker features an extremely resistant polyester fiber that's woven tightly crosswise. A high fabric density is achieved which makes the breaker resistant not only to foreign bodies, but especially to punctures, without reducing rolling resistance
E50 e-bike rating features a high quality structure with puncture protection to reduce premature wear brought about by the additional driving force
