How do I get Coupons?

VIP Coupons are available to website members that are subscribed to our VIP Newsletter. You can subscribe to our VIP newsletter by logging in to your account and Updating Your Newsletter Preferences or using the signup form at the bottom of the website.

Coupons can not be combined with each other on the same item.

Some coupons require you to reach a certain dollar level for the coupon to take effect

Example - If a coupon has a minimum dollar level of $100 and you have $90 in your shopping cart even if you add the coupon your cart will still show a coupon discount of $0. Once you reach the minimum dollar level of the coupon you will receive the discount on the entire purchase.

My coupon will not work

Coupons may not work for the following reasons:

You have not reached the dollar level required for the coupon to take effect
Some manufacturers do not allow coupons or discounts.
You have chosen a product that is on Closeout or is on our Rock Bottom pricing structure. These product will say that no coupons are allowed on the page you click the Add to Cart link.
You are not clicking the Add Coupon text after you enter the coupon. Some web browsers allow you to just hit the enter button after you type the coupon number but others require you to click the Add Coupon text below the box where you enter the coupon.
You are not typing the coupon name in correctly.

Flat Rate Ground Shipping

We offer flat rate ground shipping, with free shipping on orders over $150 on most items (some oversize items are excluded from free shipping).

Ground Shipping for $9.99

If your "Product Total" is under $150, Ground Shipping will cost $9.99.

Free Ground Shipping on orders over $150

If your "Product Total" is over $150, Ground Shipping will be free. Sales tax amount does not count towards free shipping. Some oversize items are excluded, and will be noted on the product pages and in the cart.
