Toe Clips

I don't understand what the other reviewers are saying about toe clips. I have a pair of these pedals with toe clips and one with Powergrips. They work great with both.

Better pedal than the MKS touring. Since cages are screwed on, not riveted (like the touring), you can tighten the cages if you get that annoying pedal clicking noise.

These are great pedals

The best pedal for leisure riding

Who knew finding a decent pedal at the LBS would be so difficult. The plastic test pedals that came with my bike could easily have been made two sided but weren't.

Looking for an alternative, nothing satisfied my desire to buy a pedal with decent bearings until I found this one.

Every bike should come with this pedal by default.

Pros: Double sided, Proper bearings, Light.

Cons: Cleats can be felt under some shoes with soft soles.
Not compatible with toe-clips (see other MKS pedals for that).

MKS Touring Lite Pedals

There isn't much to dislike about this pedal.
I do not use clips and straps so can not comment on how well that works out. I am a touring cyclist and used these for a few years before trying the larger "lambda" style, which I also like. Needless to say, if you are married to clipless, these are not for you.

Pros: Light weight, high quality construction.

Cons: May be a little small for a large foot.
