Wow, do I have to amend my previous review. Yes, these are still holding true despite me beating them with lots of singletrack riding, but other than that they've been a load of trouble. Three months in I had to replace the bearings front and rear because play had developed. The front wheel has been good since then. The rear wheel has given me no end of problems with the hub. The end cap on the drive side refuses to stay tight and the freehub keeps binding up against the hub body. I've juggled the paper-thin spacers in various combinations to no avail. Avoid these wheels.Great cross wheels
First off, these wheels rock. I spent a week researching new wheels for my cross bike. I'm a big guy, 6'3", 225lbs and my favorite type of riding includes as much singletrack as possible connected by rail-trail and pavement, so I needed wheels that could take a beating. I also wanted something lighter than my 2000gr Mavic Aksium wheels without going stupid-light or spending a ton of cash. Well, these wheels are 300gr lighter and have been taking a beating from me for a month. The lighter weight is very noticeable and they're still true. I would not hesitate to buy these wheels again. They are an excellent buy.
