Top Option for Everyday
Bottom line: if you can fit them on your bike, buy them.
I have been using these on my "quiver" bike for commuting on rough roads and general riding about town. I think they would excel on mixed courses with pavement and gravel. Schwalbe list them as the "special" one for hard rides like Paris Roubaix...I'm no pro, but that designation seems apt. The tires were average difficulty to mount, but now that they are on, I'll ride them to total failure. The higher volume allows a bit lower air pressure and makes for a super plush ride. They feel stable cornering at speed, and I can't perceive a rolling resistance penalty over the 25C's on my road bike. I hope Schwalbe keeps making these, but I think it will be a couple years before I need a new set. Highly recommend. Pros:
