Spend your money on good shifters
When considering your drivetrain. The shifter(s) is (are) where to splurge on the higher-end models. XTiara, is too rich for my blood, and at the time I bought this it actually offered less of what I wanted in a shifter. This shifter offers good feedback (noticeable clicks when changing gears) something that the super light action of the XTR shifter comparable to this one does not yield. It has been in service in the hot and dusty southwest for long enough to say that it is very strong. It's moved from bike to bike in its time and is still going strong. . It may actually make a return to my newest build some because 1x11 on a 142mm spaced rear triangle is less than ideal.
