The 40-Series is the work-horse of Cane Creek's headset line-up and incorporates all the features necessary for a durable, light-weight, long-lasting headset while offering the perfect balance of performance, durability and value

Contoured and relieved 6061-T6 aluminum for minimized weight and maximized strength, with split-lip sealed stainless steel bearings
Low friction, Dual-Seal crown race and top cover provides maximum sealing from contaminants, plus a captured compression ring design for carbon steerer compatibility (Interlok spacer compatible, sold separately)
Replaces Cane Creek ZS-3 headset
ZS56 Zero Stack Cups fit 56mm ID Head tubes and 1-1/8" straight steerer tubes
Black oxide, sealed cartridge bearings
Zero Stack (ZS) assemblies feature press-in cups with bearings inside the frame
Internally relieved AL-6061 T-6 cups and covers
Bottom assemblies include bottom cup, sealed oxide bearing, and crown race
Steerer Tube: 1-1/8" Threadless
Crown Race: 30.0
Stack Height: 4 mm
Bearing Type: Sealed
