Axle slides into DT Swiss 350 15mm Thru Axle front hub and can easily be removed for changing between bikes with QR or 15mm forks. Also, hubs with pressed on end caps can‘t be converted to a different axle diameter by changing the end caps. Only the 15mm version can be converted by inserting this special adapter.
