Hi! You just sent me a set of Mavic Open Pro wheels with the Shimano Ultegra 6700 hubs. Had them put on two days ago. Enjoying smooth, stable riding on the back roads of the hills around my house right now. Really great products, I'm very pleased with both them and the prompt service! Will be back as soon as I save more money!

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to thank you for the speedy delivery on my new Shimano bike shoes. I ordered the shoes on Wednesday and they've already arrived! REI wanted me to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery; you guys took 2 days :0)

I also wanted to thank you for carrying road bike shoes in extended sizes. Most stores around me don't carry anything larger than a 48, so I'm glad to see you guys carry sizes 51 and 52.
