Universal Cycles ships orders from warehouses in Oregon, Utah, New Mexico, and Minnesota. Both the Portland, Oregon and Ogden, Utah warehouses offer a full retail store and in store pickup.

Depending on the availability of the items you have selected, during the final checkout process, you may have a chance to select which warehouse you would like your order to ship from.

Custom Wheels & Bikes: Custom Wheels & Bikes take up to five business days, and are built and shipped from our Oregon warehouse.

Canadian and International Orders: Canadian and International orders arrive in 1 to 3 business days from the ship date. Orders ship the same business day if shipping complete from one warehouse, otherwise they ship in 1 to 2 business days.

Domestic Orders: Although all domestic orders will arrive within the promised number of business days, orders that can ship complete from one warehouse shipping via "UPS Ground", "Economy", "Pick-a-Product", and "USPS" may arrive sooner, following the business day transit times in the maps shown below.

Domestic transit times listed are for orders that can ship complete from one warehouse placed by 8:30 AM. If your order can ship complete from Utah, this time is extended to 11:30 AM. If your order can ship complete from Oregon or New Mexico, this time is extended to 1:30 PM. All times are in Pacific time.
