What is Flex-Ship?

Even when orders are not available to ship complete from one warehouse, Flex-Ship Qualified orders offer faster "To Your Door" shipping times at no extra charge. This applies to UPS 2 Day, 3 Day, or Ground orders.

2 Day Flex-Ship Delivery - Your order will ship the same business day and arrive "To Your Door" in 2 business days. *
3 Day Flex-Ship Delivery - Your order will ship the same business day and arrive "To Your Door" in 3 business days. *

Ground Flex-Ship Delivery
Please use the map to the right to estimate shipping times on Flex-Ship Qualified Ground orders. Basically, all orders will arrive within 5 business days. The listed times on the map are worst case scenarios. In many cases you will receive your order one to two days ahead of schedule. If your order is able to ship complete from any one warehouse, it will arrive within the shipping times in the three maps below. *

Orders with Items not Listed as Flex-Ship - Still leave our facilities within one to two business days. Custom wheelsets and bikes may require up to 5 business days.

* Orders placed before 11:00 AM Central Time ship the same business day. Orders placed later ship the following business day.

Warehouse Questions

Universal Cycles ships orders from warehouses in Oregon, Utah, New Mexico, and Minnesota. Both our Portland, Oregon and Ogden, Utah stores offer full retail service and in store pickup of your order. Freight charges are the same from all warehouses.

Depending on the availability of the items you have selected, during the final checkout process, you may have a chance to select which warehouse you would like your order to ship from, so you can receive your order as quickly as possible. *

Oregon Warehouse

Orders shipping complete from the Oregon warehouse are shipped the same day if ordered by 2:00 P.M. PST. All other orders ship in one to two business days. Orders that are not able to ship complete from the Oregon warehouse, but are Flex-Ship Qualified will follow the Flex-Ship timeline listed above.

In store pickup is available at our Portland Oregon Retail store. We suggest you use our Local Shopper Mode if you want to view all products available for same day pickup at our retail store. *

Utah Warehouse

Orders shipping complete from the Utah warehouse are shipped the same day if ordered by 11:00 AM MST. All other orders ship in one to two business days. Orders that are not able to ship complete from the Utah warehouse, but are Flex-Ship Qualified will follow the Flex-Ship timeline listed above.

Minnesota Warehouse

Orders placed before 11:00 AM Central time are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Central time are shipped the next business day. In-Store Pickup is not available at our Midwest warehouse.

New Mexico Warehouse

Orders placed before 2:30 PM MST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM MST are shipped the next business day. In-Store Pickup is not available at our Southwest warehouse.

Custom Wheels & Bikes

Hand built custom wheelsets and complete bicycles take up to five business days, and are built and shipped from our Northwest warehouse.

Shipping Complete from one Warehouse

Domestic packages shipping "UPS Ground" follow the maps shown below. "2 Day" shipments will arrive in 2 days, and "3 Day" shipments will arrive in 3 days.

All Canadian and international orders arrive in 1 to 3 business days from the ship date. Orders ship the same business day if shipping complete from one warehouse, otherwise they ship in 1 to 2 business days.
