Placing and Paying for your International Order

• This is for all international orders except Canada. If you are shipping to Canada click here for instructions.
• All international orders are processed throuh Paypal. Through Paypal you can use Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or your existing Paypal account.
• Minimum international shipping charge is $28.00 USD. Keep this in mind if you are ordereing inexpensive items. Bulky items are very expensive to ship even if they are light. Assume at least $100 for wheelsets. Very heavy items such as workstand are not able to ship International.
• After you have added items to your shopping cart you will be prompted to select a shipping method.
• First select the country the items will be shipping to. Click the Select Destination and Choose Shipping button. You do not need to select a state.
• Select the International-TBA button for the method of shipping and then click the Select Shipping button.
• Your browser will reload with International as the shipping method. No shipping charges will show because we will send you a paypal request for the total shipping charge.
• Once you are finished shopping and ready to checkout select the Check Out link to go to the next step.
• If you are not already logged in you will be asked to either log in now or create an account if you do not have one.
• After either logging in or creating an account and then logging in, continue the check out process.
• Make sure the shipping information is correct.
• Select "Continue to Next Step"
• Select "PayPal" for your payment method.
• This will send you to the PayPal processing center. If you already have a Paypal account you can pay the pay for your order without the shipping charges and we will send you a additional Paypal request for the shipping. This will hold the items for your order. If you do not have a Paypal account you can just close the browser and wait for us to send you a Paypal request for both the items and the shipping.
• Usually within 12 hours you will receive a Paypal Request that you can respond to to pay for your order using any of the payment methods listed above. You can also log into your account at Universal Cycles and see the details of your invoice.
• If you want to estimate the freight of a product add up what you think the products will weigh. Remember packaging can weigh one or two pounds. and Go to http://ircalc.usps.gov/ and select your country, select package and enter the estimated weight of your order. This weight is in pounds. 2.2 Pounds = 1 Kg. Look at the rate for Global Express Mail. Insurance will add some to the total but this will give you a good idea. The rate we charge can vary a few dollars from the actual cost because until the package is packed we do not know the exact charge.
• Once you have paid for your order we will ship it using USPS Global Express Mail. We prefer this service because it is a 3 to 5 business day service which provides a tracking number to follow your package.

Tracking your International Package

• To track your package after it has shipped follow these steps.
• Go to the Universal Cycles website and log onto your account
• After logging on, click the "My Account" link in the upper left.
• When you are on the "My Account" page click "Your Order History" link.
• The tracking number will be next to your order status of the order you want to track.
• You can use this number to track your package by going to http://www.usps.com and clicking on the "Track & Confirm" link in the red bar at the top of the page.
