Cane Creek SCR-5 Hoods

I have the black ones and the brown gummy ones. Very comfortable, and I love the gummy brown ones. They're brown. And they're gummy.

Thick, pliable, comfortable

I got the gum rubber models for my retro build. I found it best to install these from the base rather than over the lever.
The hoods have some thick blocky ridges that are designed to "seat" inside the grooves on the Cane Creek lever body.

Pros: supple, thick and comfortable

These hoods are the stock hoods that come on the Cane Creek SS Brake levers. I wore mine out & these slipped on perfectly, a nice snug fit, were easy to install & I think the gum colour looks great. The rubber on the originals lasted very long so I can only guess these will last just as long
