defective seatpost clamp
after unpacking the product it seemed simple enough to install. there were two clamps depending on my seatpost and i chose the larger clamp. i unscrewed the clamp and opened it up and placed the rubber "washer" to fit between the seatpost and the clamp so the seatpost does not get scratched. then i installed this onto the seatpost by opening the clamp up and then wrapping around the seatpost and then snapping the clamp tight. it fit very snug around the seatpost. then i grabbed the fixer and began screwing the bolt onto the nut inside the seatpost clamp. there is no way to get a hold of the nut in the seatpost clamp so if it does not hold then it would never tighten. and that is what happened. i turned the bolt as many times as i wanted and it never tightened. only after a while did i realize the nut was turning with the bolt. the nut was not fastened to the seatpost clamp any longer. i am going to try and solder it and keep it from moving again, but i should not have to do this. very weak construction.
Pros: looks good but too early to tell
Cons: the nut on the seatpost clamp is weakly set allowing the nut to spin and never get tightened.
