help extend the life of your camelbak, typically I only use water but for long endurance races I will go with a mix and this provides a better cleaning.

Cleaning tablets

The one, the only, "Camelbak". These clean reasonable well. I'm not sure how much more "cleansing" I'd want, since I will drink those chemicals later.

Pros: Cleans ok, doesn't seem to leave aftertaste.

Cons: Doesn't get all the mildew out of those old neglected bags, even with an extra long soak.
