These are a little tricky to install, but be patient and they will go in between the tube and the tire. I have never had a flat yet with them after a couple thousand miles. Of course they add some weight, but for commuting they are perfect. Losing 20 seconds on each day's commute is more than made up for by never needing to repair a flat tire. Use them for racing? Never.
Pros: No flats. That's their only purpose.
Cons: Adds a bit of weight
Takes patience to install properly
