Great Multi-Use Pedal
I love these on my touring bike.
I can wear my clips for the longer days in the saddle, but am not confined to wearing my cycling shoes all day for the shorter explorations.
Nice grip on the cage keeps your foot in place if not wearing cleats.
Pros: Multi Use
Cons: Mountain Bike treaded shoes can get caught on the pedal... But fine for a casual shoe with a cleat port.
