Really great levers for the price, solid, great feel, smooth action, wonderful ergonomics. Not quite at the level of finish of the Sram single brake levers, but also half the price. I enjoy the button feature to relieve cable tension. Pros: Feel

Great Brake Only Levers for Smaller Hands My wife loves the shorter reach of these levers. Her Shimano equipped bikes have been shimmed to reduce the reach and these are perfect for her single speed bike. She also prefers the "Campy" shape of these hoods versus Shimano. After years of riding she has no issues with these. Pros: Great riders with smaller hands, Shape of the hoods Cons: None Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: November 01, 2011 Reviewed by: AJK, California Was this review Helpful? Put these on a friends bike because I know how well they work, and she likes the reach. If you have smaller hands, these are good quality for money spent. Pros: Look great, quality, comfortable, she likes em'! Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: September 26, 2011 Reviewed by: eric b., Oregon Was this review Helpful? Look Great and Nice Quality Cane Creek did a great job with styling and finish on these levers, they look and function great. Very comfortable reach. The brake hoods are fine depth for road, but not deep enough to provide confidence/support on a cyclocross bike when off-road. Pros: Quality

Reach Cons: Shallow Hoods Would Buy Again: No Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: March 29, 2011 Reviewed by: Greg, Snoqualmie, WA Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
Nice addition to an OLD bike. Bought these to update a 1984 Univega Bike I will keep as a commuter. Comfortable grip and great braking now from what I used to have with the original setup. I wish these brakes stuck out a bit more because they are a bit small, but I need to alter the positioning to get them just right. Pros: Provide good braking power. Cons: Bit small. Does the job These brakes work really well and they have a handy "switch" to allow clearance at the rim for removing wheels, or alternatively, for greater mud clearance if your using them for Cyclocross and things get rough!
The only thing I could never adjust to on these bars (and this is probably because I have small hands), was that the profile of the hoods felt really bulky in comparison to the SRAM/Shimano style hoods I was used to. Since purchasing these I have replaced them with SRAM S500 levers as I find the hood profile to be more more comfortable. Pros: affordable, handy switch for easy wheel removal Cons: bulky hoods Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: November 01, 2010 Reviewed by: Thomas L., Ontario Was this review Helpful? These levers are the best option if you are a Campy user and you are after a 'brake only' option. Same shape lever you are used to but with a larger 'palm swell' (you shooters will know what I mean) that is actually more comfortable. Then again, you could fork-out $400 for the genuine Campy 'brake only' levers!
I ran thes on my SS CX bike and loved the feel and function. I have had a few big crashes and they are still in great working condition. Pros: Comfortable but hard-wearing hood material.
Easy cable release mechanism.
