Clement X'Plor USH Tire
I don't think I like these.
I'm trying them out in place of the venerable Panaracer Pasalea TourGuard 28s (many thousands of happy miles on Panaracers) for a more off-road/multi surface option. More mileage is needed to be definitive.
Pros: High volume
Raised center slick for hard surfaces/road
"File tread" for dirt traction
Cons: Expensive
Roll like bricks (feel "heavy")

Yes No Report as InappropriatePicked these up just the other day to use for some gravel rides this year. Rode them on the Dalles Mountain 60 today and I was absolutely floored by their performance.
They're a great balance between a road worthy gravel tire and a gravel worthy road tire. On the 8 mile gravel climb to the top of Dalles Mountain I kept thinking it had just the right amount of slip and grip.
Looking forward to more miles on these tires this year.
