So far they seem to be working decently on my cross bike w/ SRAM rear der. Time will tell how well they wear relative to the SRAM pulleys. They spin fine and seem to be quiet. They come with a set of variously sized plastic bushings that replace the standard metal dust covers.

I have these on my bike now. I got them because I could not find the Shimano pair that univ-cycles offers for $9. They are working fine and are about twice the price(of $9). Sure, you can get the fancy $50 pair but not for me, I'm cheap. I don't tune my bike like a pro but when you have fully functioning pulleys, there is a big riding difference.
Pros: Decent price
Cons: The upper does not glide L-R like the nicer pulleys but it works.
