Headset Crown Race is removed from the older fork using the Park Tool CRP-1 Race Remover
Older fork is removed from Bicycle
The headset will be given a basic cleaning at this point. If it needs new grease, we will inject it
The new fork's steerer tube will be properly measured and cut correctly
We will press the crown race onto the new fork using the correct Park Tool CRS tool
We will then install the fork onto the bike and adjust the headset properly
Brakes are attached to the new fork and fender is re-installed if applicable
Entire front end of the bike is re-installed and adjusted
All Bolts will be greased and torqued to proper spec
Bike is test ridden for proper function

Had UC install a new fork and they did the job in 30 minutes at an appointment I made. They even threw in a few extra spacers so I could customize my stem height.
