We will remove an old derailleur cables and housing and install a news one with this service
Shift housing will be lubricated with a light oil during installation, if needed
Shifter barrel adjusters will be greased, if applicable
Cable housing is routed correctly for the bike and cut to the proper, functional, length
Derailleur will be re-adjusted with the new cable installed
Derailleur cables are cut to roughly 1.5" length at the end and cable end caps are installed
Drivetrain is given a very basic cleaning to ensure proper performance
We will lubricate the chain and derailleur pivots during the installation
Using a variety of technics, the new shift cables are stretched
Bike is test ridden and shifting is tested repeatedly for accuracy
NOTE: Cables can stretch after this service. This service includes a very basic derailleur adjustment for two weeks after being done
