Chain I go thru chains like crazy. Pros: Sometimes I don't always want to install parts. I like to not second guess the length of my chain when I do it myself. Universal takes care of it for me and makes it trail ready. Cons: Maybe its something I can do, but when they are doing other things for me its easy to have them do it as well Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: May 16, 2013 Reviewed by: Charlie s., Oregon Was this review Helpful? Universalcycles service is awesome Brian installed this chain the same time I replaced my rear derailleur. The chain keeps jumping at the cogs and he did not stop working on it until he got it fixed even after the store closed. He found out that the rear cogs was causing the problem and he recommended replacing it as well. Pros: Patient and very knowledgeable. Cons: None Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: April 17, 2013 Reviewed by: NONY R., Oregon Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
