I was a little skeptical about tire liners, but after reading some positive comments in online discussions I decided to give them a try on my mountain bike. I took my first ride with them in an area known to have goatheads and when I inspected my tires afterward I did indeed find a thorn sticking in the tire that had been stopped by the liner.

These are a little heavier than I'd like but still weigh about the same as a spare tube. I can't say I noticed any difference while riding.

Installation was pretty easy.
