obstructs full shifting
The quality is really nice, and it lined up my rear derailleur perfectly. The only caveat is that the rear plate, that butts up against your track-end drop-outs, obstructs the chain from riding on the smallest cog - in most positions. If I adjusted it rearward, it would move my cassette past this point of obstruction, and would work, but in my circumstance, I wanted the axle more forward.
The easy fix was just to remove the adjusting bits, and keeping it pushed all the way foward in my forkend-drops. This worked well, but leaves an unsightly bolt sticking out into nowhere, with no purpose.
Easily converted my single speed to geared and pretty straight forward.
