Excellent shifters. I like that when I'm in the 36t cog if you press on the shift lever to try to shift again the lever moves forward with no resistance so you know you are in the last cog. Whereas with Sram shifters you continue to strain the shift cable and pull the derailleur against the limit screw. The ability to shift down 2 cogs at a time is also nice, but sometimes I do that accidentally. I have the ispec mount which is not as nice as sram's matchmaker system because to remove the shifter I have to remove the brake too.

i combined these shifters with an xtr derailure and xtr crank-set for my xc rig, and the drive train is incredible. super smooth shifting and a silent chain makes for happy rides! don't forget that the "I" version of these shifters make them attachable to xtr brakes, thus saving space on the bars and shaving a little weight.
Pros: light and effective
Cons: price maybe
