This is a nice solid rack. I like the MTX system a lot, though my bag does rattle a bit if I'm not using the drop down panniers. The lowered rails on this model make it reasonable to use separate full-size panniers with an MTX trunk bag.
It took me a while to realize what it was, but one of the included backets allows mounting most clip-type tail lights. I've used it with both a Planet Bike Superflash and a NiteRider Solas and both fit securely on the bracket.

This is a nicely well thought out rack. Paired with a MTX rack back it works surprising well and easy to install and remove a MTX bag. The lower bar for panniers is a nice touch and doesn't interfere with MTX bag function. The rear rack bar extensions also help with securing panniers and moving the load rearward to help with pannier pedal strike.
Installation was super easy with the included hardware.
Pros: Well thought out.
MTX system is super easy and convenient.
