Love the easy clamping and smart on/off switch that allows the user to bypass the blinking mode if desired. No opportunity to test the weather resistance as yet. The round beam properly aimed makes for a good "be seen" light, but it's on the dim side to see by.
Pros: Great clamp and on/off switch design.
Cons: $36 is a fair price but probably not a stunning value.
