- Frame geometry on the RC1 frame mirrors that of the G5, with the exception of shorter seat mast heights designed to accommodate the 300mm arrow style seat post
- The majority of the RC1 frame is made up of a very high-end Toray fiber that is of a proprietary nature developed for Formula 1 race cars with the use of some slightly heavier intermediate modulus composites in the front triangle.
