Hammer Endurolytes Fizz

Does the job.

These will definitely help you avoid cramps but I hate the fizzing action. Every time you open your water bottle after dropping one or two of these in it opens like shaken soda. Also, the taste isn't so great. I prefer the Endurolyte capsules.

great product

great product tried mango and lemon lime, has good taste real similiar to camelbak elixir. seems to keep me hydrated good when combined with plain water

Pros: great taste, cheaper than buying sports drinks, super easy just drop in your bottle and go

Cons: none
