Brighter and sturdier than PB Superflash
I have been running the Planet Bike Superflash for a few years now. I like how bright it is and how easy it fixes to my bikes. I haven't had the leaking problem others have had and have ridden in some steady downpours. This Sigma light is beefy and feels slightly heavier than the PBSF but in a good way.
Initial impressions. Light is brighter than PB which was fine as it is. I like the 2 versions of flashing mode since it's how I like to run the light most times. Only thing I'm not sure about is the Universal Mount which is kind of a pain in the arse. I like the PB mount better and hope that this light will click right into it.
Pros: Bright, solid and hefty= quality, 3 light modes versus 2, uses 2AA batteries, boasts long run times (time will tell), cheaper than Planet Bike superflash, has kind of an all business look to it which I like
Cons: The mount is not great in fact it kind of blows, Prevents me from giving a 5 star rating. Light is 5 stars. Mount is 2. If it turns out I can use the PB mount for this light than I would change my recommend rating to a yes.
