Bought this for my Pugsley after ruining my second Truvativ GigaPipe DH 100mm. The bearings in the Truvativ are shielded (not sealed) and lets grit and salt in. I was happy to see this one has rubber (or plastic)seals and the grease in the bearings definitely has less drag. The bearings do seem slightly rougher (the instructions say they'll smooth out). There are only 2 bearings instead of Truvativ's 4, as well, but still weighs about the same. All in all, not quite the quality I was expecting from FSA. Might have to switch to Phil Wood square taper or X-type BB depending on how long this bad boy lasts...
Pros: sealed (instead of shielded) bearings
less grease drag than the Truvativ
Cons: rougher bearings than the Truvativ
only two bearings
similar in weight to the Truvativ
