Used on a trip to Whistler to avoid any chain problems. Worked well, no noise, chain stayed in shape. I really like the design and I feel it has great value. Works better than my two ring chain guide.

Perfect chain guide and bash guard for my 1x9 setup. Will also work with other bash guards. I kept my Race Face bash guard instead because it looks cool.
The SS+ comes with the ISCG bottom bracket mounting adapter for use with frames that don't have existing ISCG tabs. Most guides you buy don't come with one so you save $10-$20 there.
Comes with a couple different thicknesses of mounting washers so you can match the guide perfectly to line up with your crank.
Idler gear is pretty quiet but can potentially allow the chain to rub against the side. This only happens if your chain is at an extreme angle. Generally if your chainline is set up correctly this won't happen, though so it's not really the guide's fault.
Good item at a fair price.
