Mr Tuffy Anti Flat Tire Liners

Out here in AZ we get a lot of goat-head stickers, these always protect against those instant flat pests.

Pros: Economical, liners will last just about forever.

Cons: Will not protect against metal shrapnel.

Forget about flats

Have had these on for over a year without a flat. They weigh the wheel down, but it's worth the peace of mind knowing they won't puncture.

They are bombproof!

Pros: easy install
lives up to it's anti flat hype

Cons: heavy

SO worth it. I'll never run without a liner again

200 miles in the past month and no flats. Month before: 1 every 3-4 days.
Who cares about the weight? You'll carry more weight in a tire patch kit, tire iron and pump.


Pros: Works awesome!

Cons: inflate the tube slightly to align the liner. Put the tire over one side of the rim, deflate a little more and put the 2nd bead on.
That's the "trick". So easy to do, I don't consider it a con.

It's worth the weight

These are easy to install and virtually eliminate puncture flats. Next time you see broken glass on the road, breathe easy because these things work.

Pros: Never had a puncture flat since I started using them.

Cons: Some insignificant amount of weight.

I'm paranoid against flats, and use these in conjuction with slime tubes. I haven't gotten a flat in a very very long time.

Pros: *Keep stuff from penetrating your tubes.
*Cheap.
*Customizeable / cut to length, no gaps.

Cons: *Heavy.
*Something else to mess with when you're changing tires.
*Heavy.
*They weigh a LOT.
*You ride slower, since your wheels now weigh a ton.
*Did I say they were a bit heavy?
