I went nuts on these when they first came out. Nothing replaces real food, so now these fall back into bar status, ya know.

Pros: Good for a short ride energy boost. Gives you a sweet sugar jolt. Bring a sandwich for longer rides.

Cons: Only half satisfies.

My least favorite product in the Clif line up

Pros: ample amount of protein

Cons: I dont like the taste

Tasty nuggets of protein. I use these for recovery after long rides and love that they're melt proof since I just toss a bag in my duffel bag before I go.

You can adjust the amount of protein based on the number you eat. And you can mix and match flavors.

These are AWESOME!

Roks are killer!
Little tasty bites like the chewy-stale malted milk balls you stashed a year ago.
BUT WITH PROTEIN!

Really these are great, I have been eating twords the end of my long rides or right after.

All three flavors are good!



Pros: Great taste, easy to eat, PROTEIN!! 20 GRAMS

Cons: A bit pricey and quite addictive!
