Do not want

This is my biggest bike regret. I got these for my cross/commuter build so I could put more money elsewhere on the bike. Install is straightforward, but it's downhill from there. They require constant adjustment because the springs are always changing tension and the design is inherently lop-sided because of the bridge layout. The pads fade really bad under heavy use. Much worse than the Rival stoppers on my roadie.

On a more subjective note, the pads are annoyingly large and hit my frame/fork, so I can't splay them enough to get 35c tires through them easily.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: Cheap

Squeal some & require some toe in

They stop well. That's the bottom line, you can do worse.

Drawback I found was that on the front they tend towards a fair bit of squealing unless you toe them in a lot. By a lot I mean enough that the pads life was shortened a bit. There are worse things in life. I ran into this on a few different frames.
For the back. I have no issues, & still use them there even though I have some others around I could replace them with.

Pros: Good stopping power
Easy to adjust.
Stay adjusted.

Cons: Squeal.
Required a lot of toe.
