Unique, pretty looking chain compatible with Missing Link! Used with Shimano XT 10 speed cassette.

Pros: Missing link. Gold. Well priced

Cons: Poor durability as mine was well beyond the stretch point >0.75 stretch in <2 months. Doesn't shift as good as my SRAM did on SRAM cassette with one sticky gear.

this is my second KMC chain, and its been outstanding (just like the first one was) After running SRAM chains forever, I'll definitely been looking at KMCs as needed to replace older chains.

Pros: Shifts well
Color stands out!
Quick link is great

Cons: You may not like the color
maybe a little heavy, but I don't care.

Just another chain -- no diffrence in performance over the 105 chain it replaced.

Pros: Fine price for a fine chain. Go for it.

Cons: Not in fact exotic

Review for X-10 Ti chain. Shifts well but is a bit noisier than Shimano XT or XTR chains. Comes with KMC quick link.

The Amazing Un-Stretchable Chain!

I have had this for over a year now with no signs of it ever breaking. This chain has served on two bikes so far and I have no intention of swapping it out. It shifts well and is smooth as silk. I check it at least once a month for wear with a chain checker and it is in great shape. I run it with a Sram rival group on my CX bike and it has never failed. I will buy this chain again.

Smooth shifting, long lasting and a masterlink.

It is exactly what a chain should be.

This chain has lasted longer than many other offerings from shimano and sram. This is coming from a masher who races 1x10 cyclocross and really puts chains through their paces, breaking at least one a year.

KMC makes a quality product for a great price.

My only complaint is the gold color, and that is just that I decided I didn't like it anymore. It just looks bad when it is dirty.

Great chain.

I installed this chain on my Ultegra cross bike, which is used as a year round commuter and weekend recreational bike. The master link installs very easily and can be removed with standard pliers.
The chain comes pre-lubed with this sticky goop that I decided to leave on rather than attempt to remove. The lube seems to keep the chain very quiet (near silent) and keeps it waterproof. It also gums up the shifter pulleys after about a week of riding, so you'll want to be sure to wipe those off every once in a while.
The color of chain is not really "gold", I was happy to find that it's more of a brass color. When it gets dirty, it looks more like copper. I like the color.
After 500 miles, I removed the chain and did a complete degrease and re-lube. It cleans up great and seems to be durable so far. It's not as quiet with the new lube (dry teflon), but it's not noisy in any way.
The shifting with my Ultegra components is great (assuming the pulleys are clean).

Pros: Silent. Good shifting. Removable. Good color (not "LOOK AT ME" bright). Great price for product.

This chain needs more press!

Works with Shimano or SRAM cassettes and shifts quieter than my previous SRAM chain. Unlike Shimano or SRAM the connector link is removable!

Pros: Decent price, works with SRAM or Shimano, pretty quiet

Cons: Got about 1000 miles so far... I'll let ya know...
