Great solution to some sticky pistons. No instructions were provided - need to get them off the Avid website. Instructions on the website were very good. Obviously you need to bleed the brakes when you are done.

Pros: Cheap repair to make my brakes feel new again.

Cons: No instructions were provided with kit.

Elixir piston kit

Going to rebuild my Elixir calipers because of sticky pistons... have had two years of reliable braking with zero maintenance and now it's time for some TLC.

Cons: would be nice if universal cycles could specify which parts are included in the rebuild kit. had to do some searching on the avid website to find the parts information.
