AIRZOUND HORN THIS IS A QUITE LOUD HORN. IT WILL GET PEOPLE'S ATTENTION Pros: CAN BE MOUNTED ALMOST ANYWHERE.
LOUD. Cons: THE AIR LINE IS TOO SHORT, THERE ARE EXTENSION HOSES AVAILABLE, BUT IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A LONGER LINE. Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: January 11, 2013 Reviewed by: Paul A., Iowa Was this review Helpful? Yes No Report as Inappropriate
When cars don't see you. This has been a lifesaver for me. We have them on 4 different bikes. Looks a bit different, but when, cars, trucks, people have not noticed or heeded my polite bell, this thing got me noticed immediately. Two times when trucks were cutting me off in the bike lane, they stopped the maneuver and did not hit us (me and two kids on a Surly cargo bike). Pros: As load as emergency boat horn! Recharge for free. lightweight. pretty ingenious. Cons: None in my book. Would Buy Again: Yes Would Recommend: Yes Reviewed on: July 31, 2011 Reviewed by: Stewart S. Was this review Helpful? Loud and easy to refill, this has been a lifesaver on some longer trips around town.
If you leave your bike outside a lot in a larger city, you might want to reconsider. Pros: Loud. Can last for about a minute when refilled well. Removable. Cons: Handlebar bracket barely fits around 31.8mm bar, could be better designed for mounting and not feel loose. Hose management, especially if you plan to take on/off a lot can be tricky.
