I'm a recent convert to the Campy camp... and I won't go back. Though I honestly cannot tell if these cables have performed better than any other high quality cable would have during the same time period. Nevertheless, they have performed flawlessly.

if you have campy group, use campy cables

runs smooth and the braking action is firm because they fit perfect on campy shifters and campy cable hoses.
If You have a campy group, should use campy brake and shifters cables for perfect performance.

Pros: runs smooth on this hoses

I could probably save a couple of bucks by going with generic or "compatible" cables, but the Campy jobbies just feel better when you grab a handful of lever.
